Privacy Policy for MoneyDocs

The protection of your personal data is a major concern for us. This privacy policy explains how MoneyDocs ("the extension") processes data.

1. Local Data Processing

MoneyDocs is designed as a "local-first" extension. This means:

  • All financial data (transactions, PDF documents) are transferred exclusively directly between your browser and the servers of Scalable Capital.
  • MoneyDocs does not store or transmit any of your financial data, portfolio values, or personal identification data to our servers or third parties.
  • Processing (creation of the ZIP archive, renaming of files) takes place entirely locally within your browser.

2. Licensing and Payment Processing

To check the license status (Free/Pro Version), we use the service ExtensionPay.

  • An anonymous ID is transmitted to the ExtensionPay servers to verify if a valid license exists for this instance of the extension.
  • Payment processing is handled via Stripe. We do not store credit card details or payment information ourselves.

3. Feedback Form

If you use the feedback form on our website, the data you enter (Name, Email Address, Message) will be transmitted to our server and stored there to process your request. This data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties.
